Project Manager
Position Summary:

A Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a project. The candidate is accountable for successful project execution and will collaborate with members of several operational teams, and account management to ensure that project objectives are understood by the team and are successfully delivered. Successful project management requires that PMs develop strong working relationships with internal and external clients.

PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE ROLE:
- Should have good knowledge of market research industry and online and offline (CATI/CAWI) data collection
- Must fine with rotational/night shift (APAC, India, UK, EST, PST shifts).
- Multi-tasking and can handle excess workload.
- Immediate joining would be preferred.
- Can work as team player and push yourself to ensure timely deliveries.
- Extended and weekend support is required.
- Should contribute for process optimization.
Broad Responsibilities:
- Manage full service, sample only, ad-hoc and tracking projects.
- Set up and coordinate new and on-going projects.
- Set client expectations, project delivery timelines.
- Ensure clear communication and outline of project requirements and timelines with other teams that are related to complete and successfully deliver project.
- Project coordination with other departments (e.g., sample fulfillment, bid consulting, sales team).
- Project coordination with external partners – vendors and publishers.
- Ensure timely delivery by all groups involved in all project phases.
- Cost confirmation and Invoicing.
- Proactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet the client’s requirements.
- Perform all other duties necessary for successful project completion.
- Ensure that client needs, and project objectives are consistently met.
- Perform Customer Relationship Management and Teamwork.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned sales teams.
- Learning/participating in training on new tasks related to preparation of a leadership role.
Qualification of Education/Experience:
- 1+ years’ experience in market research with customer interface
- Graduate – Any stream
- Detail oriented with excellent communication skills and Strong organizational skills.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Possesses strong understanding of market research
- Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting and negotiation skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Must be open to work 24×7 environment.
- Must be self-directed individual who knows what needs to be done and operates with urgency, focus and discipline
- Strong team player who can build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Sales Manager
Position Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, direct sales and business development. Should be independent and target oriented. Proficient & experienced in building a team from scratch and focused on ROI. Willing to work in a start-up environment with aggressive growth numbers.

PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE ROLE:
- Minimum 4 – 5 years of experience in International Business Development/Sales
- Experience in selling for Consulting, Market Research Solutions, Product Sales and Client Handling
- Strong Experience in B2B Sales or Inside Sales
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Should be proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acquire & nurture relationship with new B2B clients and negotiating with them for securing profitable business
- Generate new sales opportunities via identifying right leads, cold calling, direct emails and calls, email campaigns etc.
- Make effective use of social networking sites for identifying the right prospects
- Setting up meetings/discussions with research heads and marketing teams of various prospective clients.
- Supports on outreach in fresh account as well as growing existing accounts
- Proven competency in selling large enterprise level deals for Market Intelligence services covering various industries like – BFSI, Pharma, Healthcare, CPG, Telecommunication, Chemical, Food and Beverage, Industrial, Chemical etc.
- Prefer candidates who have worked in North American/ Europe region.
- Candidate to be open to work in shifts (EU/US)
Qualification of Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is required and an advanced business degree would be a plus
- 4 – 5 years’ experience in market research with customer interface
- Experience in a global work environment would be a positive
Bid Manager
Position Summary:

A Bid Manager engages the client, bids effectively, and efficiently to win our share of RFPs in the traditional market research space. The Bid Manager will be highly focused on working with Sales to support existing accounts as well as earn new business. This individual must be focused on deepening existing client relationships to generate incremental business and provide excellent customer services to the prospects throughout the sales process.

PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE ROLE:
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in International Business Development/ presales
- Experience in selling for Consulting, Market Research Solutions, Product Sales and Client Handling is must
- Strong Experience in B2B Inside Sales
- Excellent Communication Skills
- MBA in Marketing & Sales (preferable)
Broad Responsibilities:
- Owning bidding process for projects including full understanding of project costs and feasibility
- Supporting the maintenance of existing business by managing contracts and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
- Actively networking within existing client contacts for any new business/prospects
- Organizing client and internal kick off calls, developing insightful proposals and delivering strategic sales communications
- Managing bid requests, and ensuring proper and timely delivery; has full understanding of project costs and feasibility
- Collaborate with partners and vendors to ensure competitive costing
- Act as the liaison between Sales and Project Managers on all projects
Qualification of Education/Experience:
- 2 – 3 years experience in market research with customer interface
